Our Team
- We've been focused on turning data into information for many years now. By keeping this tight focus our people have been
able to build ever increasing expertise and experience across industries and business issues rather than constantly learning
new areas of unrelated technology.
- Our team is focused on working closely with clients to deliver projects that have business value rather than just augmenting
their staff by providing bodies. Our expertise and knowledge of the client doesn't vanish as soon as the project is over. We've
worked with many of our clients now for over ten years at levels of involvement that are driven by the client's needs.
- We believe that people should be recruited and hired based on the prior evidence of their ability to deliver as well
as their intelligence and ability to contribute to the team. We aren't necessarily impressed by long lists of technology product
expertise on a resume.
- Our approach is to match the resources of our clients. Our team is full-time salaried staff rather than
contractors. Therefore we don't have to put large groups of consultants on site for a brief, fixed time period before
moving on the next assignment. Instead - we can work at our client's pace by using our
work management system and either onsite or remote access technologies.
