- IBM Cognos TM1 - the TM1 multi-dimensional engine allows the creation of complex budgeting, forecasting and financial models.
- IBM Cognos Enterprise Planning - we have a number of clients where we've installed and configured this application as well as
working with them to ensure that they have Models created that really provide value for their specific business objectives.
- IBM Cognos Transformer and PowerPlay - we started working with PowerPlay back in the mid 1990s and we have considerable in-house
expertise around MDL, creating custom hierarchies and the efficient loading of cubes.
- IBM Cognos Framework Manager - after many projects where we've used Framework Manager to model our client's data we've developed
our own Best Practices document on how to set up models for efficiency and maintainability. We created a custom tool called FMMT that
saves our clients countless hours of typing by loading the Framework Manager metadata directly from metadata tables or database
extended attributes.
- IBM Cognos Data Manager (aka DecisionStream) - our experience with this powerful dimensional ETL tool goes back to the
days right after Cognos acquired the original English development company. We've implemented data marts and warehouses for jewelry retail,
property and casualty insurance, trucking and many other industries using Data Manager.
